This Refund Policy explains when you're entitled to a refund and how to request one. It covers two kinds of purchases: keyboard subscriptions bought through the app stores, and advertiser packages bought through our web dashboard.
Keyboard subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Unlimited) are sold and billed by Apple or Google. Refunds for these are governed by the store's own policy, not by us:
- Apple App StoreRequest a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple reviews and decides these requests.
- Google PlayRequest a refund through your Google Play order history within the eligible window.
Because Apple and Google process the payment, we cannot issue refunds for store subscriptions directly — but we're happy to help you through the process.
Advertiser packages (Package 1, Package 2) are billed by us through the web dashboard. Our policy:
- 14-day money-back guaranteeIf you're unsatisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a package.
- Pro-rated on requestAfter 14 days, the current month is generally non-refundable, but contact us — we review genuine cases (e.g. billing errors, extended outages) individually.
- Cancel anytimeCancelling stops future renewals. Your package stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Not eligibleRefunds are not available where the package was used to run ads that violated our Terms of Use.

Send your request to billing@dxy.leadboard.ae from your account email.
2. Include details
Tell us the plan, purchase date, and reason. Attach the receipt if you have it.
3. We review
We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
4. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — most issues are resolved faster by email. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended pending review.
