Terms of Use

If you do not agree, do not use DXY AI. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area) to use DXY AI. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

DXY AI provides an AI-powered keyboard for iOS and Android that can rewrite, fix, translate, and draft text on request, plus a web dashboard for advertisers to run and measure ad campaigns.

• Keyboard AI toolsAvailable on a free tier with daily quota, and on paid subscription tiers with higher limits.
• Advertiser dashboardCreate image and video ads within your package limit and track performance.
• AvailabilityWe aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dxy.leadboard.ae if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

You agree not to use DXY AI to:

• Break the lawGenerate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Abuse the AIAttempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, or safety filters, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Harm othersCreate harassment, hate speech, malware, spam, or deceptive content.
• Overload the serviceUse bots, scrapers, or automated means to place excessive load on our systems.

• Keyboard subscriptionsPurchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and billed by the respective platform. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds for these follow the store's rules.
• Advertiser packagesPurchased through the web dashboard and billed monthly. Your package sets the number of active ads you may run.
• Auto-renewalPaid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Price changesWe may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.

If you run ads through DXY AI, you additionally agree that:

• You own your creativeYou hold all rights to the images, video, and copy you upload, and grant us a licence to display them to users.
• Content standardsAds must be lawful, truthful, and free of malware, adult, or misleading content. We may reject or remove any ad at our discretion.
• MetricsImpression, completion, and click figures are provided as-is for guidance and may differ from third-party measurement.
• No guaranteed reachWe do not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, or conversions.

DXY AI, its logo, software, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the text you submit and the content you upload.

You may stop using DXY AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DXY AI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
