Setting up DXY AI takes less than a minute:

• Add the keyboardOpen Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → DXY AI.
• Allow Full AccessTap DXY AI in the keyboard list and turn on “Allow Full Access.” This is required for the AI features to reach our server.
• Switch to itIn any app, tap and hold the globe key and choose DXY AI.
• Start writingTap the ✦ key to fix grammar, rewrite, translate, and more.

• The AI tools aren't workingMake sure “Allow Full Access” is turned on for DXY AI in Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → DXY AI. The AI needs it to connect to our server.
• I don't hear the key soundCheck that your phone isn't on silent, and that Key Sound is on in the DXY AI app under Settings → Keyboard. Key sounds also follow your system “Keyboard Clicks” setting.
• How do credits work?You get daily AI credits for free. When you run out, you can watch a short ad to instantly top up. No subscription is required.
• Is my typing private?Yes. We never record or send what you type normally. Only the text you deliberately submit to an AI tool leaves your device, and it isn't stored. See our Privacy Policy.
• Translation to my language isn't availableWe support 21 languages. If yours is missing, email us and we'll consider adding it.
• How do I turn off vibration?Open the DXY AI app → Settings → Keyboard and turn off Haptic Feedback.
